2. The company is part of the Global Group, which means that your personal data will be shared within the Global Group for the purposes of fulfilling the objective for which it is being processed.

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process for the position you are applying for.

Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the consent given (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council), for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) and on the basis of legal provisions (Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).

5. Your personal data will be stored until the end of the recruitment process, and in the case of consent to participate in future recruitment processes, until that consent is withdrawn. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time electronically to the address info@globaltransport.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

6. Data may be shared with entities providing IT services and recruitment support on behalf of the administrator.

7. You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.

8. Providing your personal data to the extent required by Article 22¹ is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing any other data by you is voluntary.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time electronically to the address praca@globalmotion.pl. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
