Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting, processing and using personal data obtained by the Administrator through the Service.

  • Definitions

Service: website available at the address: www.globalservice24.pl;

User: person visiting the Service;

Data Administrator: Global Service Sp. z o.o., Bonowice 85, 43-445 Szczekociny; Tax ID Number [NIP]: 649-229-84-21, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.

  • Data Acquisition

The Administrator collects personal data directly from Users when:

  • they browse the Service;
  • they interact with the Administrator via social media channels;
  • they contact the Administrator via email, phone, contact form on the Service or other currently available communication channels.
  • Purposes of Processing

Personal data are processed by the Administrator for the purpose of:

  • providing Users with content available in the Service,
  • ensuring connection security and optimizing the Service’s performance.
  • Data Disclosure

The Administrator may disclose Users’ personal data to external entities when it is necessary for the Service’s operation, e.g., to suppliers responsible for IT systems and equipment maintenance, entities providing accounting services. The Administrator may disclose selected information about Users to competent authorities or third parties that request such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law provisions (e.g., Police).

Users’ data are not by default transferred outside the European Economic Area nor to international organizations. In the event of transferring data to recipients in third countries, the Administrator will use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, under which basic guarantees of Users’ data security have been established.

  • Processing and Storage of Data

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR);
  • the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000);
  • the Privacy Policy and internal data protection procedures in place at the Administrator. The Administrator does not carry out any actions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning or similarly significantly affect natural persons. The Administrator will retain the User’s personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
  • Rights of Users

Each User has a number of rights with regard to their personal data:

  • the right to obtain information regarding the personal data processed by the Administrator, including a copy of that data;
  • the right to request rectification of personal data;
  • the right to erasure of data, in specific cases provided by law;
  • the right to restriction of processing of personal data or to object to their use, in specific cases provided by law;
  • the right to data portability to the extent of data portability possibilities;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  • Cookies

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the Service User’s device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the device, and a unique number.

Cookies are used to observe the User’s behaviour on the website, which makes it possible to simplify navigation on that site. They are also used to remember the User’s preferences, which may be used to display appropriately tailored editorial content. This data is commonly used for:

  • proper functioning, configuration, security, and reliability of the website,
  • monitoring session status,
  • adapting displayed information to the User’s preferences,
  • analyses, statistics, research, and audit of website views.

The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. Within the Service, files necessary for maintaining connection security and optimising the website’s operation are used. They do not contain any personal data, so no cookies are used that would enable identification of a specific person.

The entity sending cookies via the website to the Service User’s device and gaining access to them is the Administrator.

By using this Service, the User consents to placing cookies on their device for the purposes specified in this Policy.

The Service User may at any time change the cookie settings if they do not agree to their use. To do this, they should change their browser settings to block automatic handling of cookies or to inform about each time they are placed on the User’s device.   • Changes to the Privacy Policy

To ensure that the Service’s Privacy Policy meets current legal requirements, the Administrator reserves the right to make changes to it at any time. The above also applies in cases where the Privacy Policy requires changes to cover new or modified Service products or services. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the relevant legal provisions shall apply accordingly.
